The staff at Dragonfly Senaru Lodge is extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay during the holidays really pleasant. the lodge offers breathtaking views of the garden, adding to the serene atmosphere. - the food served at the lodge is exceptional, and there are a variety of delicious options to choose from.

overall it was budget with a view. the staff were knowledgeable and location was unbeatable and magnificent.

The hotel needed renovation.

Location: the hotel was just off Dragonfly one day before and one night after the trekking, the forest and surrounding beautiful waterfalls. I had fine, brand-new rooms with a fireplace, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area...

The room we stayed in was super clean and affordable, offering an incredible view from its balcony 😍. It's located right in the middle of the mountains, making it very convenient to explore the surroundings.

We loved our room with a view - it was perfect for us. the breakfast had a lot of tasty options to choose from. the location here is just incredible, and the staff were so nice and helpful! 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation with the best view in Senaru. Waking up to Mt. Rinjani was breathtaking. The host was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The nearby restaurant served delicious food at excellent prices. The location was perfect for exploring the waterfalls, and the host even arranged a guide for us. Highly recommended for a stay before or after a trek up the mountain.

The room was big and with an amazing view. There were an electric kettle, a fireplace, and a sitting area, which was great. - the hotel was close to amazing waterfalls and panoramic spots, a restaurant, and the jungle. - the staff was amiable and super friendly, just as I expected.

We had an amazing experience at Dragonfly Lodge. The location was ideal, with amazing views of the forest and Mount Rinjani. The staff, particularly Dika and his friends, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the close proximity to the waterfall and were impressed by the staff's knowledge of the surrounding area. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the fried noodles and rice, and the ambiance was great with live music in the evenings. we highly recommend this hotel for its very nice location and attentive staff.

dragonfly lodge in senaru exceeded my expectations. the location by the park entrance and waterfall was perfect. the staff were friendly and helpful, organizing airport transfer and a fantastic panorama tour. the accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom. the overall experience was a perfect escape.

Incredible views and amazing location! the view from the room was simply breathtaking. You can see the first waterfall right from your balcony, which was absolutely stunning. the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Another great advantage was that they organize interesting tours, making it easy to explore the surroundings.

The water situation was a bit of a disappointment during our stay. There were problems with the hot water, and even the water in general.

Some bed sheets, pillows, and blankets could be improved to enhance the overall comfort of the stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a lodge in Senaru. The views from all the rooms were absolutely lovely, and I could even see the first waterfall from my balcony. The owners and staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, making me feel like part of their family. The food at the lodge was amazing, with the best sambal I've ever tasted. There was also live music, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. it was definitely a great value for my money. I will definitely be returning to this place.
